Prior to starting Channel Experts, Francis Tchertoff spent 25 years working for some of the best known US and European IT vendors and distributors, developing and managing their European channel, launching new products and running successful channel programs. Recently, as a senior manager with a European channel development agency, he was responsible for major projects for companies such as IBM, Sun Microsystems or Microsoft as well as a range of smaller international vendors.  Francis has in depth experience of all aspects of European ICT Marketing. Throughout his career, he has shown the ability to analyze and integrate complex situations, solve problems and make the right decisions after having defined clear priorities. He is totally bilingual in English and French, with basic German and Italian skills.
His achievements include designing strategies to buildi and maintain strong partnerships with leading channel partners and large accounts to meet sales targets, managing and coaching cross-border multi-cultural teams of Field Marketing Managers as well as planning, organizing and managing complex projects. He is an experienced, media-trained communicator, having been a company spokesman for several companies. He has been working as a consultant for the last 5 years, applying his experience in such varied areas as Business Process Improvement or Partner Ecosystem building for some of the world's best know ICT companies.

A trained computer automation engineer, Francis holds a M.Sc. in strategic and operational marketing from University of Rennes, France.
